Je pense qu'il est en effet indispensable de proposer des 
recommandations aux différentes instances africaines, sur tous les 
sujets dont nous discutons ici. Nous allons spécifiquement revenir sur 
les recommandations et les stratégies à mettre en place dans la 
cinquième semaine. Nous sommes heureux de t'avoir sur la liste et on 
peut déjà te considérer comme un relai au Niger dans cette démarche !

Dear Adamou, dear all,
Thanks Adamou for your contributions. I think it's essential to make 
recommendations to the various African bodies that could be concerned, 
on all the issues we are/will be discussing here. We will discuss about 
strategies and wrap up recommendations during week 5. It's a good thing 
that you are participate in this debate and we would be happy if you 
could be a bridge to decision-makers interested in that suject in Niger!
