Pour écrire sur la liste, ne cliquez pas sur "réponse/répondre" de façon 
automatique, sinon seul l'auteur du message auquel vous répondez le 
recevra. Il faut écrire specifiquement à
ipr-ict@cipaco.org
(ou faire "répondre à tous" - mais l'auteur du message auquel vous 
répondez recevra deux fois la réponse).  Ce procédé nous permet d'éviter 
que des envois automatiques en boucle ne soient pas diffusés à tous.

To reply to the list, do not click on "reply" (only the sender of the 
mail your are replying to will receive your reply) but rather send 
specifically your mail to ipr-ict@cipaco.org.
Or do "reply all" (but then, the author of your mail we'll receive it 
twice if you don't destroy remove his adresse). This process will 
prevent us from receiving automatic mails sent by robots

So far we are receiving only French contributions..I hope we'll receive 
English ones by tomorrow :-) - Tomorrow we'll send first summaries or 
translations..
